Erase the memories
Bring immense pain
Each & every moment
In you.
Erase those never-ending guilts
You carry as a lifelong burden
Fettered your feet to
to step ahead
Sharpen your life with
The sharpener of hard labour
Tearing out the old unwanted pages
Colouring new ones
With beautiful shades.
Though some memories can
Never be erased
Some losses can never
Be compensate
As they have been penned
With a permanent marker.
Still take lessons from them
And start reading those
Memories in a positive tone
Passing them to
Coming generations
Brightening their future
With your life lessons.
